Library

The newly established state-of-the-art Central Library occupies a place of pride in the academic and research environment of the institution. Designed to foster a culture of learning, it offers extensive resources, digital access, and a serene atmosphere conducive to study. With well-organized sections and modern facilities, the library supports the academic pursuits of both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Fully air-conditioned and operational 24x7, the library spans 503.4 m² and offers a student reading capacity of 120. It houses over 2,000 books, surpassing the standard requirement, and includes a dedicated room for old books and journals, faculty reading space, and rooms for the librarian and staff. The digital infrastructure includes 8 internet nodes, and the library subscribes to 106 journals — 53 Indian and 20 foreign — in both hard copy and electronic formats.
